Ombuds Office Exploration, Planning, and Set-Up Consulting

We provide consultation and resources to colleges, universities, and workplaces that are considering the possibility of hiring a full-time or a part-time Ombuds.

We can guide you through the process of starting the conversation with your constituents about having a need for an Ombuds. We can design an educational and orientation campaign, identify the financial and administrative needs of the Ombuds and its office, assist with communication campaigns, find alternatives on how to build consensus, and prepare the institution for the services of the new Ombuds.

We mediate disputes and facilitate conversations. We also provide executive coaching sessions for executives who may need coaching due to perceptions of disrespectful and unprofessional conduct such as bullying, sexual harassment, micro-aggressions, gender bias issues, and other situations.

PingingTea℠ is a socially engaged art fishbowl, a performance art event designed to provide an alternative solution for solving interpersonal conflict and/or improving personal relations with community support.  Self-selected Actors-participants in need of self-mediation can petition to participate. PingingTea℠ is designed for participants who would welcome a unique and new opportunity to turn over a new leaf in a relationship that matters to them.
